1LNKER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including data loss or business interruption.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the platform.
